AveriSource Overhaul
In collaboration with Dreamten, we overhauled AveriSource’s industry leading migration platform. Our goals included improving user experience and success rates, optimizing workflows, revolutionizing the brand, and laying the groundwork for future growth. The project involved reimagining the entire platform, adding new services and features, overhauling the website and digital presence, and enhancing their marketing tools.
Making a complex tool intuitive through in-context workflows
The AveriSource platform encountered significant challenges because its reports were segmented and siloed. To tackle this issue, we implemented in-context drawers and interconnected reports. These enhancements enable users to work seamlessly within the platform, eliminating the need for context switching and duplicate work.
Robust design system
We created a comprehensive design system, as a part of our systemize service, with longevity and scale in mind. It covers all the necessary components for the current feature set, as well as future features and enhancements.
Dynamic diagram canvas
One of the most powerful features of the platform is how it allows the user to interact with and discover data visually. These diagrams can become extremely complex and difficult to navigate and understand. To address this, we introduced mini-maps, node expansion, on-canvas filtering, and other enhancements.
Key platform screens
In a platform of this scale, the number of screen variants can feel almost infinite. So, we designed scalable components that can seamlessly plug-and-play with different data sets and requirements. Here, we showcase several key screens that demonstrate the wide variety of requirements for this project.
Simplifying a complex product and fueling the sales pipeline
We redesigned the AveriSource website with the aim of maximizing conversions. We accomplished this by ensuring visitors understood the value of the platform and pushing them to schedule a call with sales. We also incentivized them to get started evaluating their application immediately.
Leveraging the past, shaping the future
We developed a unique and balanced visual design language that pays homage to the past by carefully choosing fonts and leveraging contrast, while also showcasing the cutting-edge nature of the platform through the use of color and visuals. This style was then applied consistently across their product, website, and marketing collateral.
